Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the establishment of state-of-the-art computer labs in various Government High and Higher Secondary Schools across the province. This initiative is designed to upgrade educational facilities by providing modern computing hardware and infrastructure to public sector schools. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as defined in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue’s taxpayers list. Detailed bidding documents, including comprehensive technical specifications and evaluation criteria, are available for download from the PITB and PPRA websites. All interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the e-Procurement Punjab portal. The final deadline for the submission of bids is 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened publicly at 12:30 PM on the same day.
