For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSU Khyber Pakhtunkhwa seeks miscellaneous items and contingency supplies for the Hatakuki Hydro Power Project in Mansehra District. Bidders must be ATL-registered with prior Police Department contracts and active ongoing work. Delivery is rapid (15 days), and the procurement scope appears limited to supplementary materials rather than major civil works. Bid security requirement of Rs. 50,000 is moderate, suggesting a medium-scale procurement below major infrastructure thresholds.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on FBR's Active Taxpayers List and have successfully completed three to four similar tenders with the Police Department in the previous financial year, with at least one ongoing project. Typically, procurement of this nature requires valid NTN and business registration; the notice explicitly mandates Police Department contract history.
