Description / Scope of Work
The University of Sargodha in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms and authorized dealers for the supply of stationery items and IT-related equipment for the current financial year. This procurement initiative is intended to support the academic and administrative requirements of the university's various departments and offices. The scope of supply includes a wide range of office stationery, printer toners, high-quality paper, and computer accessories such as keyboards, mice, and external storage devices. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Detailed bidding documents containing the specific quantities and technical requirements can be collected from the office of the Treasurer upon payment of the prescribed tender fee. Proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA). The deadline for the submission of sealed bids is 11:30 AM on 15 June 2026, and the opening will be conducted publicly on the same day in the presence of the university's purchase committee and participating bidders.
