Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Defence in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of various high-quality assets to support its administrative and operational functions. The scope of this procurement includes three main categories: IT equipment such as high-end laptops and computers, plant and machinery including heavy-duty air conditioners and refrigerators, and a variety of office furniture and fixtures. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding process will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid security of five percent of the total quoted price in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft. Detailed bidding documents containing complete technical specifications and terms can be collected from the Ministry's office at Pak Secretariat No. II. All technical and financial bids must be submitted to the Section Officer (General) in Rawalpindi by the deadline of 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026.
