Repair/Rehablktrion of diferent Muhamam Routes falling in Jurisdiction of Tehsil Lalian

The District Council Chiniot in Chiniot, Punjab invites electronic bids through the e-PADS portal for the repair and rehabilitation of different Muharram routes. This project covers essential infrastructure improvements across the jurisdictions of Tehsil Lalian, Tehsil Chiniot, and Tehsil Bhowana to ensure smooth passage during religious observances. The estimated costs for these works are approximately 1.5 million, 4.4 million, and 1.9 million Rupees respectively. Eligible contractors, firms, and manufacturers must be registered with the FBR, PRA, and PPRA and be active within the e-PADS registration system. A bid security of 5% of the estimated amount is required for each project in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order. Original bid security instruments must be submitted to the District Council Office near the Furniture Market before the submission deadline. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in PDF format via the online system no later than 12:00 PM on 25 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
