The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the electrification works of water supply facilities. This critical infrastructure project involves providing electrical services for underground and overhead water tanks located within Sector-1 and Sector-2 of DHA City Karachi. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure to ensure a transparent selection process. Eligible contractors and firms must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 or above, with specific specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04. Furthermore, applicants must maintain an active taxpayer status with both the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Design and Contracts Directorate starting 11 May 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19 May 2026 to address technical queries. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to two percent of the total bid amount. All technical proposals must be delivered to the DHAC office by the deadline of 2:30 PM on 25 May 2026.
