Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Procurement (Army) in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputed firms for several major procurement projects for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 fiscal years. The primary project includes the establishment of a comprehensive Data Centre involving 29 distinct items, with a submission deadline of 02 June 2026. Additionally, the directorate is seeking the supply of a 30 KVA Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and specialized medical equipment, including X-ray radiographic apparatus and MRI system components such as cold head assemblies and adsorbers. All procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. Interested bidders must possess a valid NTN certificate and provide documentation including bank statements for the last 12 months, agency agreements for imported stores, and a treasury challan of 2,000 Rupees. Bid security requirements vary between 2 percent and 5 percent of the quoted value depending on the firm's registration status. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes to the DGP (Army) office near the 502 Central Base Workshop on Main Adyala Road. Delivery periods range from 4 to 12 months following the signing of the contract.
