Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Director of Works & Chief Engineer (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites applications for the prequalification of firms and contractors for multiple infrastructure projects. The scope of work includes the construction of underground water tanks at Creeks area, civil works at Karachi, and the provision of external services and finishing works. Additionally, the tender covers the installation of plants, repair of water lines at Basol, and the provision of furniture at Karachi, alongside various facilities across locations like Dockyard, Manora, Gwadar, and Coastal Areas. Eligible contractors must be enlisted with Military Engineer Services (MES) in categories A or B or with other government departments having relevant experience. Applicants are required to submit detailed credentials, including PEC registration valid until June 2026, bank statements for the last two years, and a list of similar completed works. Prequalified firms will be required to deposit a 2 percent bid security. Tenders must be submitted to the HQ DW&CE (Navy) Sector E-8 by 11:30 AM on 03 June 2026.
