The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from authorized distributors, agents, and suppliers for the procurement of high-quality ICT equipment, specifically a comprehensive Video Conferencing Solution. As a premier government entity under the Prime Minister's Office, the NDMA requires this equipment to enhance its operational communication capabilities. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial proposals, ensuring all equipment is of the latest model and meets the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. A bid security of 500,000 Rupees must be enclosed with the financial bid. Interested parties can obtain the complete set of biddig documents from the NDMA office during working hours. All proposals must be delivered to the Director of ICT at the NDMA headquarters no later than 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, after which the technical bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM."
