Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed bids and prequalification applications for various goods and services required for Monsoon 2026 and emergency disaster management during the fiscal year 2026-27. This comprehensive procurement is divided into three distinct lots covering a wide range of relief requirements. Lot 1 includes cleaning supplies, food for field rescue staff, kids' items, and animal fodder with an estimated cost of 20 million Rupees. Lot 2 focuses on cooked food with tehsil-wise transportation and specialized food hampers with an estimated cost of 60 million Rupees. Lot 3 covers the rental of heavy machinery including excavators, tractors, generators, and relief goods transportation vehicles, as well as tentage items like shamianas and mobile washrooms, valued at 20 million Rupees. Eligible bidders must possess active FBR income tax and sales tax registrations and be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by the deadline of 12:00 PM on 02 June 2026. Successful firms will be responsible for the free delivery of supplies across the district as required during emergency situations.
