Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Division-I, Swat in Swat, KPK invites sealed electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction of roads in PK-05 District Swat under Phase-II. This government project involves the construction of various road segments, including the link road at Chinkolai, the road from Koat to Sar, and the road from Chinkolai to Kass. The procurement is conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must possess a valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). A 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted as per the specified requirements. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Bidding system. All bids must be finalized and submitted by 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day at the Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division-I Swat.
