Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible international and national construction firms for the construction of major roads in the CBD Punjab Quaid District. This large-scale infrastructure project is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Participating firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-1 or above and maintain active registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to demonstrate significant technical experience, specifically having completed at least two similar road projects worth 4.5 billion PKR each within the last ten years. A substantial bid security of 115 million PKR is mandatory for all applicants. Interested parties can obtain the bidding documents from the PCBDDA office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 PKR. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
