The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various naval stores and miscellaneous equipment essential for maritime operations. This procurement initiative involves the acquisition of specialized technical components and general supplies required for the maintenance and operational readiness of naval assets. Interested bidders must be registered with the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) and maintain an active status with the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding process is conducted under the strict guidelines of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) using a single-stage two-envelope procedure to ensure technical compliance and financial transparency. Prospective firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals separately, accompanied by the stipulated bank challan and authorized principal letters where applicable.
