Description / Scope of Work
The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) in Islamabad, Federal Government, invites sealed bids for the provisioning of rental vehicles with drivers to support field activities across Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi, and Quetta. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) V2.0 under a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Detailed bidding documents, including specific technical requirements and the scope of work for non-consultancy services, are available for free download via the EPADS portal, DRAP's official website, and the PPRA website. All e-bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026. The official bid opening is scheduled for the same day at the DRAP Head Office, Prime Minister's National Health Complex, Park Road, Islamabad, starting at 11:30 AM.
