The Ghulam Ishaq Khan (GIK) Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology in Topi, Swabi, KPK, invites sealed bids for the supply and replacement of a Hino bus engine with a seven-speed gearbox set. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and is open to reputed bus manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, or workshops with relevant experience. Bidders must be registered with the FBR and KPRA and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. A non-refundable tender fee of 2,000 PKR and bid security of 2% of the total bid cost are required. Potential bidders are permitted to inspect the vehicle during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) at the GIK Admin Block. Sealed proposals must reach the Assistant Director Procurement by 3:00 PM on 02 June 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 3:30 PM the same day.
