Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. College of Technology in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of training materials specifically for the Mason Trade under the Construction Sector Short Courses. This procurement is being managed by the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) to support vocational training programs at the college located near Nighar Chowk. The bidding process follows a single-stage one-envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules. All interested bidders must be active taxpayers in both Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and are required to submit their bids electronically through the EPADS system. A bid security, as specified in the bidding documents, must be uploaded to the portal and the original version must be dispatched to the Principal's office prior to the opening of bids. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM on 03 June 2026, ensuring all entries are clear, signed, and inclusive of all applicable government taxes and transportation charges.
