Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Headquarters in Islamabad, under the Prime Minister's Office, invites electronic bids for the pre-qualification of freight forwarders. This procurement process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAD 2.0). Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's (FBR) Active Taxpayers List. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via the EPADS portal. All bids must include an original bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft as specified in the bid data sheet. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with the official opening of bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the NDMA Headquarters in Islamabad. Late applications will not be accepted.
