Supply of Vegetable, Fruit, Bakery, Poultry, Meat, and Fish Items for the Financial Year 2026-27

Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) in Karachi, Sindh, invites electronic bids for the supply of various dietary items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into multiple schedules including Vegetable Items (5.5M PKR), Fruit Items (5.0M PKR), Bakery Product Items (4.5M PKR), Poultry Product Items (18.0M PKR), and Meat & Fish Items (50.0M PKR). The bidding process is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the EPADS system in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Eligible bidders must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents can be purchased from the JPMC Accounts Section between May 13 and June 4, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted via the Sindh EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on 04 June 2026, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original tender fee receipts and bid security in the form of a Pay Order/Bank Draft must reach the JPMC administration office before the submission deadline.
