Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply of specialized laboratory equipment for the National Center of Artificial Intelligence (NCAI) located at the H-12 Campus. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the research and technical capabilities of the center through the acquisition of advanced technological systems. Eligible bidders must be reliable firms or suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Sales Tax and Income Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted using the single-stage single-envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Interested parties are required to submit a bid security exactly equal to 2% of the total quoted value in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of NUST. All bids must be valid for at least 90 days following the opening of financial bids. Completed proposals must be uploaded through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026.
