The National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (NECOP) in Islamabad invites sealed bids for the manufacturing of ESM (Electronic Support Measures) Cards for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement is a re-tender of Case No: (1077) 25-26 and follows a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of 2,500 PKR. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22 May 2026 at 10:30 AM at NECOP HQ to address technical queries. Bidders are required to provide participant CNIC and vehicle details by 20 May 2026 for security clearance. Bids must include 1% earnest money and be submitted by 11:00 AM on 09 June 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day
