The Office of the Project Director 100 Dams in Quetta, Balochistan invites electronic proposals from well-reputed national and international consulting firms for the Recharge Pakistan project. This high-impact initiative focuses on building climate change resilience through Ecosystem-based Adaptation and Green Infrastructure for integrated flood risk management across the province. The estimated cost of the consultancy services is 116,795,055 PKR. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration with relevant code 1205. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum turnover of 81,756,539 PKR over the last three years and have a proven track record of assignments of similar complexity. The procurement follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. A 2% bid security is required with all submissions. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the Electronic Public Procurement System no later than 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 01:00 PM the same day.
