Description / Scope of Work
The Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites technical and financial proposals from consultancy firms for the establishment of the China-Pakistan Joint Research Centre (CPJRC) on Earth Sciences. This high-profile PSDP project requires comprehensive engineering and architectural consultancy services, specifically focusing on design vetting and top supervision of construction activities. Interested firms must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP), and must also be registered on the EPADS portal of PPRA. The selection process will be conducted under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the government's procurement framework. The scope of work includes reviewing structural designs and ensuring rigorous site supervision to meet international research facility standards.
