Description / Scope of Work
The Building Division-I, Peshawar, under the Communication & Works Department in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for various construction and infrastructure improvement projects. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope E-Bidding System, catering to eligible firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. The scope of work includes multiple sub-projects such as the upgradation of Basic Health Units (BHU) to Rural Health Centers (RHC), construction of administrative blocks, and external electrification works. Notable projects include improvements at BHU Regi and BHU Palosai, as well as construction tasks at the Khyber Medical College. Bidding documents, including detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and instructions, must be downloaded from the C&W Department website. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Bidding portal, with hard copies reaching the Executive Engineer's office by 12:00 PM on 22 May 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.
