Tender Notice for Supply of Furniture and Fixture Items

The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Hafizabad, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable and registered firms for the supply of various furniture and fixture items. This procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The scope of work includes the provision of executive chairs, visitor chairs, judicial benches, and office tables to meet the administrative requirements of the District Courts. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities. A bid security amounting to five percent of the total estimated value must be submitted in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the office of the District and Sessions Judge no later than 11:30 AM on 23 May 2026. The technical bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives to ensure transparency and compliance with government procurement standards.
