Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Gujrat in Gujrat, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids through the EPADS system for the rehabilitation and improvement of several residential quarters, specifically units DA-3, D-3, and E-4. These projects are categorized under the Residential Building repair budget (A13302) for the current financial year 2025-26. The procurement follows an open competitive bidding process using a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound, and properly enlisted with relevant departments, including the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category codes. Furthermore, participants must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and possess a valid Professional Tax certificate where applicable. The estimated costs for the individual units range from 1.50 million to 1.90 million Rupees, with bid security set at 5% of the estimated cost. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with the bid opening taking place at 11:30 AM on the same day.
