Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KoFHA), under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, invites sealed proposals for renting out Shop Nos. 6 to 12 in its Commercial Zone specifically for banking institutions. The shops, covering approximately 200 Sq-m, are offered on a rental basis with a reserved price of Rs. 1500 per Sq-m. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible banks must provide a technical proposal and a financial bid. The rental agreement includes standard terms for utility charges and maintenance. Interested financial institutions can visit the Commercial Centre at KoFHA, Karachi, before submitting their bids in 02 June, 2026.
