PROCUREMENT OF CISCO / OR EQUIVALENT FTD DEVICES FOR EXPANSION OF OLBS VPN INFRASTRUCTURE

The Directorate General MIS, under the Controller General of Accounts, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Cisco (or equivalent) Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) devices and SSL VPN solutions. This procurement is part of the Public Financial Management reforms to expand the OLBS VPN infrastructure. The bidding follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and is managed through the EPADS system. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of PKR 1,000,000. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the morning of June 4, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 04 June, 2026, at the FABS Directorate in Islamabad.
