Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Buildings Division in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed tenders from approved contractors of the Communication and Works Department for the execution of various development and maintenance projects. Specifically, the scope covers civil works, masonry, and infrastructure upgrades with estimated costs ranging from hundreds of thousands to several million Rupees per lot. To participate, bidders must provide valid PEC registration for the year 2025-2026 and submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost for each specific work item. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer during working hours upon payment of the prescribed tender fee. All technical and financial bids must be submitted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules and reach the designated office by 12:00 PM on 29 May 2026.
