Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department in Haripur, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for various infrastructure development projects under the Haripur Area Development Project funded by Net Hydel Profit (NHP). The scope of work encompasses multiple lots including the construction and rehabilitation of street pavements with PCC and tuff tiles, the improvement of drainage systems, and the installation of solar street lights across various village councils such as Sarai Gadai, Panian, and Darwaza. These projects are based on the MRS 2025 1st Bi-Annual and Non-MRS items, following the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Communication and Works (C&W) Department for the current financial year. Additionally, bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). A 2% earnest money deposit is required at the time of submission. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 25 May 2026.
