Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Ladheywala Warraich in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the implementation of various development schemes under the ADP 2025-26 budget. This procurement covers a range of civil works and infrastructure improvements within the district, with estimates based on the MRS 2nd Bi-annual 2026 and current market rates. Eligible contractors must be registered on the EPADS portal and hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes for the 2025-26 financial year. The selection process will be conducted using the least cost method. Bidders are required to upload a 5% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR in favor of the Municipal Committee to the EPAD dashboard. Original CDRs must also be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee 30 minutes prior to the bid opening. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the portal no later than 12:00 PM on 01 June 2026, and will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM.
