Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Gujranwala in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for various development schemes under the financial year 2025-26 budget. The scope of work involves multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the district, with cost estimates based on the MRS 1st Bi-annual 2026. This procurement is open to eligible contractors who are registered on the EPADS portal and hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate categories and codes for the current financial year. Bidders are required to upload a 5% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of the District Council Gujranwala to the EPAD dashboard. Additionally, the original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at least 30 minutes before the bid opening session. The bidding process follows the standard provincial procurement rules, and technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system. All bids must be finalized and submitted by 2:00 PM on 02 June 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 2:30 PM on the same day in the Hall of the District Council.
