Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Mianwali, invites electronic bids for the procurement of IT equipment, office stationery, and uniforms for the financial year 2025-2026. The tender is divided into three lots: Lot-1 includes printers, LCD monitors, and a laptop; Lot-2 covers various stationery items like white and yellow paper reams, registers, and file tags; and Lot-3 is for uniforms and protective clothing. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and requires submission via the EPADS portal. Well-reputed firms and authorized dealers registered with the FBR and PRA are eligible to participate. Bidders must upload their technical and financial proposals by 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day at the District Courts Complex, Mianwali. Delivery of items is required within 15 days of the supply order issuance. Evaluation will be based on the lowest technically responsive bid for each lot.
