Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, and net metering of a 30KW on-grid solar power system at the State Life Building on Minara Road, Sukkur. This project aims to integrate renewable energy into the building's power infrastructure to reduce carbon footprint and operational costs. The procurement is conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be reputable firms with specialized experience in solar energy solutions and must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (NTN and GST) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. In addition to the electronic submission on EPADS, original bid security and hard copies of the bids must be delivered to the Real Estate Department at the State Life Building in Hyderabad. The deadline for all submissions is 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with the opening of technical bids scheduled shortly thereafter.
