Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), under the Ministry of Commerce, invites electronic bids for providing terrorism reinsurance coverage for Pakistan State Oil (PSO) assets. This tender seeks eligible bidders to provide comprehensive risk coverage for the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The procurement is conducted following the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS version 2.0 portal. All e-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on June 15, 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bid submissions are strictly prohibited.
