Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids for the provision of HR services for the 'OFP Project'. This large-scale procurement, with an estimated value of PKR 167,973,000, is conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. A bid security of PKR 3,359,460 (approximately 2% of the estimated amount) is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Pay Order, which must be submitted physically to the ADG (Procurement) in Lahore before the deadline. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded via the e-PADS portal. The bidding documents are available for free download on the PPRA and e-PADS websites. The submission deadline and electronic bid opening are scheduled for 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM respectively on 01 June 2026.
