Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer (XEN), Building Division in Gilgit, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for a variety of building construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects across the Gilgit district. This procurement includes several key lots such as the construction of boundary walls, the provision of security and safety measures for public offices, and the repair and maintenance of government residential and administrative buildings. The scope of work involves civil engineering tasks, including PCC works, masonry, and general structural improvements designed to enhance public infrastructure. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current year. Tender documents containing detailed specifications, estimated costs, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer during standard working hours. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the prescribed format no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026.
