Air Travel Services for Domestic and International Flight Bookings – CoE-CPEC

Center of Excellence, China Pakistan Economic Corridor invites sealed bids on a single-stage, one-envelope basis for the provision of air travel services for the booking of domestic and international flights under a three-year open framework agreement in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract covers travel services enabling the CoE-CPEC to book and arrange flights for official purposes. This is a framework agreement procurement open to eligible, experienced, and reputable firms established in Islamabad and Rawalpindi with proper registration and tax credentials.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the sales tax department and hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN). Firms must have established offices or operational setups in the Islamabad-Rawalpindi region and maintain a good reputation in the travel services sector. A bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt payable to PIDE, Islamabad is required from all bidders. Interested firms must submit a non-blacklisting undertaking and provide evidence of previous work completion and reputation in the relevant field.

Technical proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before July 29, 2026 by 11:00 hours. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 am at the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee CoE-CPEC in the presence of vendors.
