Air University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and suppliers for the provisioning of a vacuum pump for the Lab Equipment of the MEMS Lab at its Islamabad Campus. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure to ensure technical compliance and financial competitiveness. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Tender documents can be obtained from the university starting May 14, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system. The deadline for the submission of technical and financial proposals is 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives. Air University reserves the right to reject all proposals or cancel the process as per PPRA Rule 33 guidelines.
