Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and contractors for the comprehensive provision, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Fire Hydrant System at the IBA Main Campus. The project scope includes the supply and installation of fire hose reels, quick coupling hoses, diffuser nozzles, and the execution of specialized fire pipeline painting and stenciling in compliance with NFPA standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 is required to participate. The bidding process follows a competitive technical and financial evaluation. Detailed technical documents, including specifications for stainless steel vortex plates and identification tags, are available in the tender package. All proposals must be submitted to the IBA Main Campus no later than 3:00 PM on 03 June 2026. Technical bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
