Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer PWD Building Division in Bhimber, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids for the construction of additional rooms and improvement of physical facilities at various government schools across the district. This project is part of the provincial development initiative to enhance educational infrastructure and provide better learning environments for students. The scope of work includes civil construction, masonry, and finishing works for multiple educational sites as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible contractors must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the fiscal year 2025-26 in the C-6 category or above, with relevant specialization codes. Bidders must participate through the E-Bidding system, uploading technical profiles in PDF format. Hard copies of the bidding documents and bid security must also be submitted to the Executive Engineer's office within 48 hours of the electronic opening. The final deadline for the submission of e-bids is 12:30 PM on 06 June 2026. This procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the AJ&K PPRA rules to ensure transparency and efficiency in the execution of public works.
