Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Kotli, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, invites electronic bids for the construction, improvement, and blacktopping of the Link Road Dakhari Mohallah Dr. Gulzar (0.5 Km) under the 30 Km Link Roads per Constituency (LA-12) project. The estimated cost of the work is 10.892 Million PKR. The bidding is conducted through a Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System. Eligible firms must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2025-26 in Category C-6 or above, with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-02. A bid security of 220,000 PKR is required. Electronic bids must be submitted via the AJK PWD E-Bidding dashboard by 11:30 AM on 04 June 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day. Technical profiles must be uploaded in PDF format. Hard copies of the submitted bid and required documentation must follow within 48 hours of the electronic opening. The project completion period is 12 months.
