Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites bids for multiple infrastructure rehabilitation projects. The scope of work includes the improvement of residential flats behind the MCR building, rehabilitation of streets in C-Block (UC-26) and Mohallah Amarpura, repair of a collapsed verandah at the Fruit Block GBS, and the rehabilitation of a drain near Marhaba Shadi Hall on Tipu Road. These projects are conducted under open competitive bidding and follow Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible contractors must provide a 5% bid security in the form of a CDR. The works involve structural repairs, street paving, and drainage system upgrades to improve urban facilities in Rawalpindi.
