Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Club invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors for the installation of concrete pavers for golf course pathways. The project scope specifically covers the areas from Green #9 to Green #18 and Green #13 to T14. This comprehensive civil engineering task includes excavation, leveling, concrete works, and the supply and fixing of high-quality pavers and kerb stones according to the technical specifications and BOQs provided. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and maintain an active tax status. The procurement process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), and no physical submissions will be accepted. Interested firms are required to deposit a non-refundable tender fee and provide a bid security as specified in the invitation for bids. A site visit is recommended for potential bidders to assess the terrain and project requirements before the submission deadline. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
