The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Batkhela, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the solarization of various mosques and community centers across District Malakand. This renewable energy initiative aims to provide sustainable power solutions to public and religious facilities under the provincial development program. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialization codes for solar energy systems. Bidders are required to be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. The bidding process is conducted online through the official electronic portal, requiring the submission of 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Additional security may be required for bids that fall significantly below the estimated engineering cost. Detailed bidding documents and technical specifications are accessible on the KPPRA website. All technical and financial proposals must be finalized and submitted through the system no later than 12:00 PM on 02 June 2026.
