Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Project Directorate of Commissioner Karachi, invites sealed electronic bids via the Sindh EPADS portal for 12 structural development and rehabilitation projects. The works include the repair and maintenance of the Commissioner's Official Residence, Commissioner Office Complex, boundary walls, VIP lounges, security barracks, and internal carpet road routing. Executed under SPPRA Rules 2010, the procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope method with a mandatory 2% bid security.
