Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Khanpur in Khanpur, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids from reputable contractors, firms, and companies for two specific infrastructure municipal works. The scope of work involves the repair of R.C.C and C.I manhole rings and slabs within the city area, alongside the replacement and rehabilitation of the existing sewer line network in the city area of Municipal Committee Khanpur. Eligible participants must hold active registrations with the relevant tax departments and authorities, maintaining compliance for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, alongside a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration license in the corresponding technical category. Bidding will be executed via the electronic procurement platform, E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, following single-stage, single-envelope municipal procurement procedures. All digital proposals, together with a scanned copy of the required bid security issued in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Municipal Committee Khanpur, must be submitted online through the EPADS portal no later than 1:00 PM on 01 June 2026.
