Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), operating under the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids through electronic PADs (e-PADs) for the procurement of various goods and services as detailed in the tender schedule. The invitation encompasses multiple bid packages with estimated values ranging from approximately 1.5 million to over 7 million Pakistani Rupees, covering items such as civil works, machinery, equipment, and other supplies required across different operational divisions. Bidders must possess valid business registration and tax identification credentials as required by law. Bid security in the form of demand drafts, pay orders, or bank guarantees is mandatory for each bid package, with amounts specified in the tender schedule.
