For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Twelve distributed sanitation schemes across District Peshawar villages totalling PKR 52m under ASDI framework.
Work is geographically dispersed across multiple VCs, suggesting logistics complexity and potentially fragmented execution. Restricted tender favours established contractors with existing PEC/C&W enlistment; new entrants face enrollment barriers. 90-day bid validity and single-stage procedure indicate straightforward technical scope rather than design-build complexity. Closing deadline August 2026 allows reasonable preparation window.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold current-year PEC registration and KPPRA enlistment under Centralized Enlistment Policy. Restricted to government contractors only; private firms ineligible unless already enlisted with C&W Department. NTN and SECP registration typically required for financial standing verification.
