Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) in Multan/Khanpur, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of a boundary wall along with a main entrance gate around the NGC Microwave Site at Khanpur. This project follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis. Eligible firms must be registered with the Federal and Provincial Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and possess a valid registration license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for civil works. Bidding will be executed electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS/E-PROS). Bidders must provide a required bid security of 375,000 Rupees in the form of a Deposit at Call (CDR) or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Executive Engineer Civil, AMN NGC Multan. Electronic proposals must be submitted online through the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, and the technical bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
