TENDER NOTICE FOR RENOVATION

The Office of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College (GMMMC) Teaching Hospital in Sukkur, Sindh invites sealed electronic bids for the annual procurement of medicines, dietary lots, surgical items, and allied medical services spanning the financial years 2025-2027. This comprehensive healthcare infrastructure procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure in strict alignment with SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended to date). Eligible corporate vendors, pharmacies, and manufacturers must maintain active income tax and sales tax registrations, hold a valid professional tax certificate, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers Lists of the FBR and SRB. All digital technical and financial bids must be formally compiled and uploaded through the official Sindh e-Procurement (EPADS) portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk no later than 11:30 AM on 16 June 2026. In addition to the online submission, a physical hard copy of the mandatory 1,000 PKR non-refundable tender document fee receipt and the original required bid security instrument must successfully reach the procuring agency before the 12:00 PM bid opening session on the closing day.
